Born and raised in the heart of the Midwest, Kiara grew up surrounded by family, comfort food, and the kind of bold, hearty flavors that bring people together. After years of dedicating herself to caring for others as a nurse, Kiara saw an opportunity to celebrate her roots in a new way. She followed her passion and opened Midwest Wings XL in downtown Phoenix. For Kiara, this isn't just about serving food—it’s about creating a space where people can experience the warmth, flavor, and sense of community she holds dear.
